The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 will commence in 100 days, with the first game to be played in Auckland on 20 July with co-hosts New Zealand taking on Norway.

Adelaide will host five matches, including a knockout match on 8 August. England, Brazil, China, South Korea, Morocco, Haiti and Panama have all been confirmed to contest group stage matches in Adelaide.

The Malinauskas Government has invested to ensure the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 creates a lasting legacy by funding initiatives to advance women’s leadership and participation in sport and domestic violence awareness.

The first action in Adelaide will be a 24 July Group F contest between Brazil and Panama at the newly redeveloped Coopers Stadium.
