Kylie Taylor - Chief Executive
Kylie Taylor was appointed as the Chief Executive of the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing in July 2018, following her position as the General Manager from August 2016. Prior to this appointment, Kylie was the Director of Sport and Recreation Development, holding this position since August 2009.
Kylie has worked within the sport and recreation industry for more than 20 years, initially within a State sporting association and then with the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. As an athlete, Kylie represented Australia in lacrosse and played national league basketball. In a volunteer capacity, Kylie has served on the national board of a sporting organisation and has coached lacrosse and basketball at grassroots through to the elite level.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Education, a Graduate Diploma in Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Keren Faulkner - Director, South Australian Sports Institute (SASI)
Keren Faulkner was appointed as Director of the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI) in December 2023. She won the role after joining SASI in 2022 as the Performance Services Manager, where she led a team of experts in sports science, medicine and performance who help South Australians achieve sporting excellence.
Keren has a wealth of experience in the Olympic and Paralympic Games, having supported Australian athletes competing in the Athens and Beijing Olympic Games, and the Rio, London and Tokyo Paralympic Games.
Her career path in sport began as a physiotherapist working with local netball teams and the Australian Institute of Sport before she went on to work as a Performance Services Manager for Paralympics Australia and AusCycling.
Tim Nicholas - Director, Corporate Strategy and Investment
Tim Nicholas was appointed as the Director, Corporate Strategy and Investment at the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing in November 2020. Prior to this appointment, Tim worked for the Office as the Finance Manager and Strategy and Investment Senior Manager.
Tim has held various senior finance roles within the public sector, working for the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure and the Department of Manufacturing, Innovation, Trade, Resources and Energy.
As an athlete, Tim represented South Australia in both Basketball and Football and played in the SANFL with the Norwood Football Club.
Adam Trottman - Director, Infrastructure and Planning
Adam Trottman commenced his role as the Director for Infrastructure and Planning with the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing in February 2021. He is responsible for a number of South Australia's key sporting assets including major sporting venues.
In Adam's last position as the Divisional Manager for the City of Salisbury, he provided the vision, strategic direction, and leadership for Community Planning and Vitality.
Adam first worked for the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing in 1996 where he spent the next 15 years in various roles across the organisation. He continued working in the public sector as a Manager for SA Health.
Adam holds a Masters of Business from the University of Adelaide.
Bianca Marron - Senior Manager, Sector Capability and Partnerships
Bianca Marron commenced her role as the Senior Manager, Sector Capability and Partnerships in September 2025, heading up the team providing strategic and integrated programs and policies to drive an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, and deliver participation outcomes for an Active State.
Prior to joining the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing, Bianca was the Head of Marketing, Communications and Partnerships for Tennis SA, delivering strategy, communications, partnerships and leadership for all pathways in for tennis across the state. Bianca was also part of the team to deliver world class tennis back to Adelaide with the Adelaide International and launched the new redevelopment at The Drive seeing concerts, live events and functions back to the precent in the heart of the riverbank.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide, and has held State and National titles for Irish Dancing.
