As the South Australian community responds to the challenges and disruption of COVID-19, many of us will find that staying active and continuing training will be harder than normal, but not impossible. This may also present the right time for people to start being active in their homes.
Keeping moving and getting outdoors is essential for our physical and mental well-being, so it’s important to know what you can and can’t do across the next month, and work to find inventive solutions to our collective challenge.
Whether you are wanting to continue being active or can start being active, here are some ideas, activities and resources to keep you moving while still following the social distancing guidelines and staying local.
