Is it okay to ride your horse on public land as part of your normal exercise, e.g. to put your horse into the trailer and go to Forestry SA land, national parks etc. and go for a ride?

In South Australia the advice is for people to maintain their physical and mental wellbeing. It is okay for horse owners to stay in their local area and ride their horses in the closest available permissible location, and undertake short journeys with a horse float. This is provided other COVID-19 restrictions are adhered to. Information regarding these can be found on the Return to Sport and Recreation page.
