Should I restrict my physical activity?

Where ever possible people should stay active.

The mental and physical welfare of South Australians is important.  People are allowed to be physically active and be outside. Recreational walking, running, cycling, social golf, horse riding, tennis and other activities are permitted provided restrictions are adhered to. Information regarding these can be found on the Return to Sport and Recreation page.
